This Top Notch style is sold by the yard and features a breathable, reversible construction with a PFAS Free water-repellant finish. At 60 inches wide and 11.5 ounces per square yard, it offers the family’s established balance of coverage and substance for outdoor use. Marlen also notes water repellency, UV resistance, mildew resistance, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability as part of this fabric’s performance profile.
