- Fabric Yardage: Fabrics sold by the yard may be fulfilled in one continuous piece whenever possible. Larger yardage orders may be shipped in multiple pieces depending on stock availability, mill rolls, or production limitations.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations when available. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or by quote when applicable.
- Delivery Times: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Patio Lane Home is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, address errors, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once your order is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt and report any shipping damage or order issues as soon as possible.

- Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees, handling fees, and other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refund.
