Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to request a return, cancellation, exchange, or refund, please review the guidelines below before sending any merchandise back.


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us during regular business hours before returning any merchandise. Returns received without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unopened, uncut, undamaged, and in sellable condition. Fabric must be returned rolled, not folded.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Cut fabric yardage
  • Opened merchandise
  • Custom fabricated products
  • Custom products made to order, including cushions, curtains, covers, pillows, and other custom-sewn or fabricated items
  • Fabric orders measuring less than 10 yards
  • Select fabric brands that are final sale or do not accept returns
  • Quick ship pillows, although a courtesy exchange may be offered within 30 days of the order date

For furniture, heaters, and other non-fabric products, returns are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.


Return Timeframe

Eligible returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Product returns will not be considered after 30 days.


Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

Authorized returns that are not due to an error on our part are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order qualified for free shipping and is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may also incur return shipping fees. Our free shipping policy applies only to orders shipped to a correct and complete address.


Order Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible during normal business hours. Because many orders move quickly into processing, cutting, fabrication, or shipment, cancellation windows may be limited.

Fabric orders may be considered cut merchandise once processed. Custom products may not be canceled once materials have been cut, ordered, or moved into production. Orders that have already shipped may be subject to the standard return policy, including a 25% restocking fee and applicable freight charges.

Cancelled orders that have not shipped will be refunded to the original payment method, less any non-refundable credit card processing fees charged by our payment processor.


Damaged, Defective, or Inaccurate Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Claims for damaged, defective, or inaccurate merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

If your package has significant damage, do not open the package, cut the fabric, discard the packaging, or use the merchandise. Please keep the item and all original packaging available for inspection so we can help process the claim with the carrier.

Before cutting fabric or using merchandise for fabrication, please confirm that the item, quantity, color, and condition are correct. Cut fabric, opened packages, or used merchandise may not qualify for replacement, exchange, or refund.

If a confirmed defect or order error occurred, we will work with you to replace the merchandise or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars. For order amounts under $10.00 USD, a store coupon may be issued instead of a refund.


Backorders & Discontinued Products

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate stock information, products may occasionally become backordered, unavailable, or discontinued by the manufacturer.

If this happens, we will provide available options, which may include waiting for the item, shipping available items first, selecting a suitable substitute, or canceling the unavailable item for a refund or store credit when applicable.

Sample availability may also change frequently. If a paid sample cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a store credit or help you look for alternative fabric options.
