Patio Lane strives to offer competitive pricing on all of our products, including Sunbrella® fabrics. We will do our best to price match eligible Sunbrella® fabrics, including shade and marine fabrics, whenever possible.

Price Match Policy and Exclusions
- Item must be in stock.
- Item cannot be a remnant.
- Fabric orders must be 5 yards or more.
- Fabric cannot be flawed.
- We price match the total cart price, including shipping, not the individual item amount.
- Price match may be combined with up to 5% off or an eligible active coupon, whichever is greater.
- Price match applies to authorized sellers only.
- The guarantee does not apply to limited sales event items, financing offers, bundled items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, items advertised as limited quantity, items with less than 100 yards available, out-of-stock items, “click to see price” items, open-box items, clearance items, seconds, refurbished or used items, eBay or marketplace listings, third-party websites, or trade and wholesale prices.
- We will not price match during the return or exchange period, or on past orders.
- The product must be an identical brand and pattern number, and it must be currently available from a competitor’s website honoring its own online price.
- The item must be currently available for purchase and delivery in your area.

- Current Business License, State Design License, or Contractor License
- Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, required for tax-exempt orders

After You Are Approved
Once your account is confirmed and you are logged in, your tier pricing will appear automatically on eligible product pages based on your assigned tier.
