The fabric is fade resistant, UV resistant, stain resistant, mildew resistant, and water repellent, with 27,000 double rubs for long-lasting durability on both outdoor furniture fabric and indoor furniture fabric applications. Its soft yet durable hand makes it comfortable for seating while maintaining a tailored appearance over time, and the 54 inch width allows efficient cutting for cushion fabric, pillow fabric, slipcover fabric, and curtain fabric projects that aim for a cohesive, modern outdoor living area.
