The open knit mesh texture keeps the construction flexible while supporting use in shade sails and shade structures. At 150 inches wide, this oversized width is especially useful for broad cuts where extra coverage matters without relying on narrower widths. Polytex+ is intended for small-scale architectural shade sails and shade structures, including smaller shade structure installations up to 25 feet. It also delivers UVA and UVB protection greater than 95%, a high strength-to-weight ratio, and resistance to tearing or fraying if cut or pierced.
