Polytex Plus Paperbark 150-inch Shade / Mesh Fabric brings an oversized 150-inch format to wide cuts for shade sails and small-scale architectural shade structures. Made from High-Density Polyethylene, it combines monofilament and tape knitted together in Raschel Knit construction, creating an open knit mesh texture with broad coverage and flexibility. This oversized shade sail mesh is suited to shade structures up to 25 feet, where the wide width can help support cleaner spans across smaller installations. It also delivers UVA and UVB protection greater than 95%, along with a high strength-to-weight ratio. If cut or pierced during fabrication, the knit is designed to resist tearing or fraying, helping maintain the integrity of the mesh in shade sail and shade structure applications sold by the yard.
