Every project is made to order. You can send us your measurements, or if you have a pattern for a custom cushion, you can send that to us and we can digitally reproduce and template the exact size and shape you need.
Replacement Outdoor Cushions
Replacement outdoor cushions are one of the easiest ways to refresh your patio furniture without replacing the entire set. If your frames are still in good shape but the cushions are faded, flattened, or worn out, new custom cushions can make the furniture feel brand new again.
We have many styles and sizes in our database and can often provide replacement cushions for Brown Jordan, Frontgate, and other furniture manufacturers. Each cushion is handcrafted in our Clearwater, Florida facility using premium foam, Dacron wrap, and tough UV-resistant thread.
Custom Outdoor Bench Cushions

Sunbrella Rain fabric is a great choice when you want additional water resistance. With the right cushion construction, moisture is kept out while air can still release from the cushion. If the cushion gets wet, simply shake it off and it can be ready to enjoy again quickly.

Fabrics We Offer
Fabric selection is one of the most exciting parts of a custom cushion project. We offer a large collection of Sunbrella fabrics, including Sunbrella Fusion and Sunbrella Select options, as well as designer Sunbrella collaborations from names such as Kelly Wearstler and Richard Frinier.
We also carry major and boutique fabric brands including F. Schumacher, Fabricut, Kravet, Duralee, Trend, Robert Allen, and many others. If you cannot find the right fabric, we can help source options from a wide range of suppliers.
Choosing the Right Foam
The fabric you choose matters, but the foam inside the cushion is just as important. If your outdoor cushions will be exposed to rain, pool water, or humid weather, we often recommend Dri Fast Foam because it is designed to drain and dry quickly.
Dri Fast Foam is available in different firmness levels and sizes. While a 3-inch cushion depth is common, many replacement outdoor cushions may benefit from a 4-inch or 5-inch depth depending on the furniture frame and desired comfort level.
For indoor cushions or high-use dining areas, latex or polyurethane foam may be a better fit. These options are designed for daily use and can help prevent cushions from softening or flattening too quickly.
Choosing the Right Height for Cushion Seating
Cushion height can affect both comfort and usability. When measuring furniture from the ground up, we typically recommend that the finished seat height land between 18 and 20 inches.
This is especially important when using thicker cushions. A 4-inch or 5-inch cushion can feel luxurious, but the final seating height should still be comfortable for everyday use. Our cushion experts can help you think through size, thickness, foam, fabric, and finishing details such as welt cord or contrasting trim.
