This glorious hollyhock wallcovering has origins as an English block printed cotton. Originally designed in chintz fabric, it was most famously used by preeminent American designer Albert Hadley in 1962 for his client Mrs. Nancy Pyne, a friend of both Mr. Hadley and his associate, Sister Parish. Mrs. Pyne graciously lent her faded vintage fabric to Schumacher to interpret anew. Reproduced with the original scale and detail, this classic design is available in its original Charcoal, plus Tobacco, Indigo and Grisaille, a soft melange of grays.
