Dots and Circles Fabric Design
“She wore an itsy bitsy, teenie weenie, yellow polka dot bikini…” by Brian Hyland in 1960 cemented the popularity of polka dots. From Minnie Mouse’s iconic dotted dress to DC comics’ Polka-Dot Man, polka dots are everywhere and it doesn’t look like they are going anywhere soon. Gone are the days of dots being reserved for the fashion industry. Interior designers have taken note of what the fashion designers are doing/have done with the versatile circles and are bringing the classic look in the home.
Patio Lane noticed this growing design trend and curated a special fabric collection dedicated to the dots. Big uniform dots to tiny sporadic dots, each design was hand-picked, creating a collection that has the best dotted patterns by top brands and designers from around the world.
